What does your job entail?
🤝Employee engagement. Hiring, onboarding, perks, and benefits, facilitating employee events. Overseeing our Good Works and supporting the communities where our employees live, work and play. Plan and oversee our annual charity golf tournament.
What have you gained from working at TBC?

Tell us about your family:
👨👩👦👦 Married for 45 years, two children, Brandon and Rachel, and four grandchildren, Cole, Ben, Dylan, and Ryan. Cole is DRIVING! He’s into Track and Field. Ben is into wrestling and LAX. Dylan and Ryan are into equestrian sports with their pony “Woody”.
What do you do when not at work?
💦 Attend my grandkid’s sports. I help friends and family train their dogs. I got back into RVing last year. I love to cook and entertain. I love being with family and friends by the pool. I plan to do more golfing this year.
Special Talents:
🦮 Pretty good at dog training. But my dog is really easy. Lol!
Passions:
👩🏻🌾 So many. Helping people, gardening, cooking, entertaining, spending time with friends and family, training dogs, expanding my artistic knowledge and talents (pretty WEAK, but I love watercolor painting, knitting, crocheting).
Name something on your bucket list:
🦈 I’d love to visit Italy and/or Greece. Or go cage diving and see sharks up close.
What is your least favorite food?
🤢 LIVER, Yuck!
