Meet Joan Renner, Co-CEO of The Brick Companies and our financial guru since 2001! 💰
Career: Joan joined The Brick Companies (TBC) team in 2001, went from VP of Finance to CFO, and now she's Co-CEO with Julie Natoli! She's our very own financial superhero!
Education: A graduate of Mary Washington College, she became a CPA in 1992 and even earned a master’s in taxation. Joan's got brains and the diploma to prove it!
Personal: In Crofton, MD, Joan's the proud mom to Tyler and Hunter, and wife to Kevin for 25 amazing years. When not ruling the corporate world, she's a beach lover, sports fan, and family travel enthusiast.
So, whether in the boardroom, on the beach, or cheering in the stands cheering on her favorite team, Joan is one cool lady we're proud to call our Co-CEO. High fives for Joan! 🙌

Meet Julie Natoli, Co-CEO of The Brick Companies and our favorite hat-switcher since 1994! 🎩
Career: CFO? Been there. COO? Done that. Chief Investment Officer? Nailed it. Principal? Owned it. Co-CEO with Joan Renner? Absolutely rocking it! Julie’s journey at TBC is nothing short of legendary.
Education: With a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and a Green Associate badge from the US Green Building Council, she's as smart as she's savvy!
Personal: Home sweet home in Davidsonville, MD, with husband Joe and daughters Teresa and Shelly. When not at TBC, she's hanging with her pups, doing yoga, or jet-setting with her fam.
